0-1-3b: New ToolTips & lots of fixes
New Features:
-- New ToolTips
---- Lots of good info in there, should be easier to check resource costs and damage amounts on your units.
-- Break-The-Targets: new markers on the MiniMap show where the targets are.
Bug Fixes:
-- Bit Cannon sound and particle effects were missing in some game modes.
-- Rarely, a resource patch model would fail to despair when emptied.
-- The Rid command was missing from the command card in the HUD. Use the 'x' key to de-select one unit. Good for cloning commands.
-- Fixed issues with audio system: there is an old bug/issue where sounds randomly stop playing, it should be fixed, but please leave a bug report in the AlphaBugReport thread in the forums.
-- Fixed issue with replays not saving properly the first time on a machine.
-- Replay list now uses pages, with 20 files per page
-- Damagers (like DefenseDrone weapon) now follow moving targets without stuttering/jumping.
-- Neon Vault tooltip would incorrectly say the unit is shielded
-- Neon ResearchTower upgrades' floating text showed incorrect costs
-- In some window configurations edge-scrolling with the mouse would be inconsistent
-- some other small changes
* This is non-gameplay patch, so this version is able to run replays from any previous 0-1-3 build.
