0-1-9a: Bug Fixes


Network match desyncs became a big issue recently, these should be mostly fixed now. We've also started reworking and improving graphics; new models, animations, lighting and a lot more to come.

New Features:

-- Improved some Neon unit models

---- Worker, Mana Core, Zapper, Amulet, Magnetar, Factory

-- New Mangentar weapon animation

Bug Fixes:

-- Fixed more issues related to desyncs

---- A lot of these issues stem from rollbacks. NeonMarbleRust uses a two-state rollback system, and sometimes the ordering that game logic is applied to units could be changed by a rollback.

---- These issues are mostly fixed now, but just to be sure it isn't an issue, the input delay has been increased.
-- Fixed lots of small issues in Survivors Mode

-- Improved RNG

---- Sometimes the old RNG was not returning consistently random numbers. In survivors mode, the same handful of unit types would keep coming up.

Other Changes:

-- Survivors Mode: only the MiniBots count for xp and leveling.

-- Starting workers are now spread out a bit more

---- Alleviates some balance issues based on where resource patches are relative to the Core.

---- (standard game modes: Sandbox, BuildQuota, NetworkMatch)

* This is a gameplay patch, so this version is not able to run replays from any previous 0-1-8 build.
